Mixed with yoghourt, soft white cheese or fresh cheese;
Spread on a cake or a crèpe;
It can garnish your tart bases or your icings.
Thanks to its flexible texture, it can also be whipped or be mixed with crème fraîche.
Our chestnut cream is manufactured on family farm in the Ardeche which is in organic conversion process.
Although the measures of constraints are the same as in an organic farm, it's forbidden to post the organic logo while this transition period.
A file will be deposed at the end of 2011 to obtain the protected designation of origin “Sweet chestnut of Ardeche”
It is prepared with fresh chestnuts, natural vanilla, and biological cane sugar
Total content sweetness per 100g = 55g
It is sold in pots of 240g in 2 different flavours: natural, and vanilla
