It can be consumed pure or accompanied by fruit;

Mixed with yoghourt, soft white cheese or fresh cheese;

Spread on a cake or a crèpe;

It can garnish your tart bases or your icings.

Thanks to its flexible texture, it can also be whipped or be mixed with crème fraîche.

Our chestnut puree is manufactured on family farm in the Ardeche and holds the protected designation of origin “Sweet chestnut of Ardeche” and the result of organic farming.

It is prepared with 60g mashed sweet chestnuts per 100g and biological cane sugar (total content sweetness = 60%)

It is sold in pots of 370g in 2 different flavours: Orange peel and rum.
