Our chocolate come from the Drome, a unic and magical place for the product of hand-made chocolate.
The many special features of it cannot be compared with what is generally available in the shops.
The cocoa comes from the finest beans Latin America offers.
The cocoa paste is crushed over a long period, which removes the need to add lecithin and brings out the full natural flavours.
The chocolates are making out of pure cocoa beans with no additional buttermilk, no cream, no milk no lecithin, no technical (emulsifiers etc.) and flavourings additives.
