The dulce de leche (milk jam) is a traditional recipe come from sud of America.
It can be consumed pure;
Mixed with yoghourt, soft white cheese or fresh cheese;
Spread on a cake or a crepe;
It can cover your tart or your icings;
Used to make a sweet and salty recipe;
Thanks to its flexible texture, it can also be whipped or be mixed with crème fraîche.
Our milk jam is manufactured on family farm in Ardeche (Department of France) which is in organic conversion process.
Although the measures of constraints are the same as in an organic farm, it's forbidden to post the organic logo while this transition period.
It is prepared with fresh ewe milk, and cane sugar
Total content sweetness per 100g = 30g
It is sold in pots of 250g in 3 different flavours : natural, "fleur de sel", cardamom
