Oléïades oils offer a range of Virgin olive oil the extra perfumed with fresh plants, delicate and tasty, a subtle marriage of the scents of the South, comprising neither additives nor conservatives. Oléïades are elaborated at the doors of the Provence, in the valley of Drome, famous for its cultures of aromatic and medicinal plants.

Four flavours :
Basil : Accompanies beautifully your tomatos with mozzarella and your salads with goat's cheese, your summer soups and all the varieties of pastas. It is perfect tfor the famous “pistou”.
Lemon ginger : Brightens your salads, your marinades and goat's cheese fresh; it seasons fish of your choice as well as exotic dishes.
Garlic : Enriched your tomatos sauce and simmered vegetables. Accompanies your meats like mutton and lamb. It's easy to use it to prepare purées and provençale sauces.
Provence mix : With thyme and rosemary, it's ideal for your pizzas, roasted meats and fishes. It spicies up yours vegetables too.
A patented process (inherited from the techniques of enfleurage) makes it possible to extract subtle savors from the plants while preserving the richness of the olive oil.
