The cocoa paste is crushed over a long period, which removes the need to add lecithin and brings out the full natural flavours.
The chocolates are making out of pure cocoa beans with no additional buttermilk, no cream, no milk no lecithin, no technical (emulsifiers etc.) and flavourings additives.
