Article 1: Acceptance of the General terms of Sale
The stated general terms of sale are applicable to all persons ordering from the site almyx.eu. If any of the current provisions are declared null and void or removed, all other provisions will remain in force.
In order to always be able to meet the needs of its customers, ALmyx company reserves the right to alter or move its site, as well as modify the current conditions of sale. We advise you to visit these pages regularly in order to keep updated or possible modifications.
The fact that a purchaser clicking on the link enables him to be informed of these general terms of sale and to place orders in accordance of these, is equivalent to a full and whole acceptance and understanding of the provisions in the general terms, which will be only be applicable once the contract is finalised and will be in addition to all other conditions appearing in any other document, except those with express and written exemption.
Article 2: Products
The photographs, illustrations and texts of this site are not contractual. Thus, the index and the characteristics of the products can be modified and adapted constantly.
Because of their artisanal nature and their seasonal variation certain products may be available in limited quantities. If necessary, the purchaser will be informed of their unavailability, by email or telephone, in order to agree as soon as possible to :
- A shift in delivery while waiting for restocking
- To replace the product by another equivalent in quality and price,
- To cancel the order and to refund payment.
In no such case is ALmyx responsible.
Article 3: The Order, Confirmation and the Completion of Contracts
To order a product, click on the button ”Add to Basket” and specify the desired quantities. The products ordered and their cost is then added to your “Basket”. The “basket” can be modified in quantity or by the removal of a product, the amount of which is automatically calculated. All orders made on the site almyx.eu are subject to the quantities available.
To validate any order, in addition to clicking the “To order” link, the purchaser must then fill in a form with his details. This information is necessary for any order. Once completed, the form must be validated. The validation of the order implies total and irrevocable acceptance these conditions of sale.
The purchaser then receives a confirmation email of his order including all order details. An order number is created which the purchaser must retain carefully. The automatic recording of the order by almyx.eu is contractual.
The commercial offers displayed on the site may be changed at any time. The order is recognised by ALmyx once payment has been made.
Article 4: Method of payment
- Secure payments by Bank card (CB, VISA, Eurocard and Mastercard).

- By credit transfer with the banking details registered at the end of order. The order will be treated upon receipt of payment.
- By Paypal.
No payment will be accepted until we are certain we can fulfil the order.
Orders will be processed only when the centers of banking concerned give their agreement. In the event of refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer warned by email. ALmyx reserves the right to refuse any orders from customers under litigation.
Article 5: Prices
The prices are expressed in Euros. The prices indicated for each product include all taxes but do not include delivery.
The forwarding costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the country of destination. Please refer to the table below in article 8.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the total price, it includes: the price of the products, packing and handling costs, as well as preservation and delivery costs.

Article 7: Retractation
The purchaser has 7 business days, from receipt of goods, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the seventh day falls on a weekend or a Bank Holiday it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of exercising the right of retractation, ALmyx company is bound to refund customer payments, without charges, except for delivery costs. Refunding is due within a 22 working days maximum as from the date of the receipt of the returned goods.
Article 8: Delivery
When ordering from almyx.eu, deliveries may be made to Metropolitan France, Corsica, the DOM-TOM area, Switzerland, Andora, Monaco, Norway,all Member States of the European Union and other country with the tariffs below.
Except where stipulated on the product cards, delivery periods are between 2 and 6 working days as from the receipt of payment for Metropolitan France, and between 3 to 15 working days for DOM/TOM, Corsica, Switzerland, Monaco, Andora, Norway and other Member State of the European Union, and other countries.

Article 9: Method of Delivery
The customer must ensure at the time of the delivery that the goods are in perfect condition. If a parcel arrives damaged or with the appearance of having been tampered with, the customer must refuse delivery and ask that the parcel be returned. A new parcel will then be dispatched as soon as possible. No returned parcels can be accepted after signature of the delivery order.
ALmyx cannot be held responsible for damaged goods once the delivery has been signed for. Cancellations arising from returned packages will not be accepted, nor is ALmyx liable for penalties arising from such delays or delays due to external circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, postal service decisions).

The customer is asked not to forget to specify his details and order number. Any products refused on the basis of a dispute need to be returned to ALmyx according to the conditions stated below.
Article 10: Guarantees and Repossession rights
ALmyx Ltd guarantees the origin and the authenticity of the delivered products. The Customer’s invoice constitutes his certificate of guarantee. Following to article 6 of the May 20, 1997 directive concerning consumer protection Under distance contracts, and article L 121-6 of the consumption code, the purchaser has a fourteen day deadline as from the delivery of the order to return any product to the sender for exchange or refund. In the event of exchange, return delivery costs will not be refunded.
This right is exerted from the receipt of goods, which, if returned, must be turned over to ALmyx Ltd in its original sealed packaging and in perfect condition, accompanied by banking details in case of refund. If the deadline falls on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, it is extended until the next business day.
Once the returned goods have been verified by ALmyx Ltd, the customer will be informed of any decisions as soon as possible by email, telephone or by mail. If all conditions are satisfied, the refund or exchange will go ahead without delay.
Article 11: Limit of Responsibility
It is up to the purchaser to check the importation, consumption and tax conditions according to the country of destination. ALmyx Ltd cannot be held responsible for the non-observance of the legislative measures in the country of delivery, as ALmyx Ltd is only responsible for the observance of French regulation relating to its products.
ALmyx Ltd draws the attention of its customers to the fact that they should not consume the products beyond the sell by dates indicated on the labelling, nor if it appears that the products have been deteriorated through heat, transportation damage or any other apparent causes. In none of these cases can ALmyx Ltd be held responsible.
Article 12: Reserve Property Rights
ALmyx Ltd retains ownership of goods until payment and acceptance of delivery have been completed.
Article 13: Protection of the personal data
In compliance with Data-processing law and the “Freedom” article 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access and correction of the personal data relating to him. Personal information is collected solely for purposes of sale, such information being essential for the treatment and the dispatch of orders, the processing of invoices and the drawing up of contracts of guarantee. The responsibility for the ALmyx Ltd is limited to the amount of the order and does not extend to handling errors or omissions which occurred despite all possible precautions taken in the presentation and delivery of the products. Any disputes relating to the interpretation or the execution of these general terms of sales will be resolved, if not by friendly agreement, then by the relevant tribunal as defined by ALmyx Ltd and will therefore be conducted in French in accordance with the law.
Therefore, in the event of contractual difficulties, the purchaser has the possibility, before any legal action takes place, to seek a friendly resolution using the assistance of a professional association, a consumers’ association or any other council of his choice. However, the search for friendly resolution does not extend the legal guarantee period, nor the contractual guarantee period.
In general, and subject to the discretion of the courts, the respect of the provisions of this contract relating to contractual guarantees, require that the purchaser honours his financial liabilities towards the vendor.
Article 15: Legal information
