Truffle prices are revised Mondays in relation to truffle progress
 
Price/kg this week : Unavailable --> EXTRA CHOICE hand brushed/washed at  harvest Melanosporum Tuber Truffles : Big (> 250g), round and very black
Price/kg this week : Unavailable--> 1st choice hand brushed/washed at  harvest Melanosporum Tuber Truffles, just smaller than the extra choice
Price/kg this week : Unavailable --> Melanosporum Tuber Truffles, second choice : Same quality, small (between 15 and 50g) whole truffles with irregular forms and sizes.

Tax not included extends to delivery from the Vaucluse (5.5% vat). 48 hour express delivery maximum for all orders made before noon Thursday (30 euros/kg delivery charge). For optimum freshness, they are all vacuum packed.

The truffles come from the Vaucluse (84), France’s premier truffle producing department. Priority is given to the harvesting of the wild Luberon truffle with its infinitely more powerful aroma than those grown on plantations.

Fragrant and crunchy, this fresh black truffle is known as the black diamond of French cuisine with its incomparable taste and aroma. Its dominant perfume is complex, rustic and yet subtle, powerful and lingering.
